Defibrillator machine at the village hall on Chedburgh Road

Many of you may have seen a new addition to the village hall recently. The defibrillator machine has now been installed and is up and ready for use. The Parish Council met with a local charity called The Community Heartbeat Trust and have been organising the purchase and installation of the machine since January. Training to use this piece of kit will be arranged over the next few months, so watch out on the Parish Council's notice board and on this site for further news. It is a very easy piece of kit to use, and no harm can be done if used on someone who doesn't need it, but it can save the life of someone who does need it.
