Persistent Flooding in Church Road

The persistent flooding at the bottom of Church Road down by the pumping Station is due to the gradual build up of debris throughout the system. The ditch next to the pumping station has been cleared and dug out and this has helped the flood water to run away quicker, but the ditches further up Church Road are also all silted up with debris and dying vegetation. Could all householders whose properties run alongside a ditch ensure that these ditches are kept empty and clear of debris.
