The Clerk would like to point out a matter of clarification concerning the publication of draft Minutes and Minutes on this website. Draft Minutes are published as soon as possible after the actual meeting so that those in attendance can read them and decide if they are a true and accurate depiction of what was said during the meeting. If the Clerk has mis heard or mis interpreted any aspects she can change the words so that a true and accurate representation is recorded. At the next meeting these Minutes drop the 'draft' from its title and they are voted in as a true and accurate record of the meeting. Chevington Parish Council publish draft Minutes and then take these off the website once the Minutes have been adopted. If any parishioner wishes to attend a Parish Council meeting they are completely free to do so. As of May 17th all meetings have been and will be held in the village hall from 7pm.
