Following a successful call for volunteers, Chevington Parish Council can now announce that its newly formed Community Speed Watch Team has received its training from Suffolk Police Speed Watch Team. Tim Passmore (Police Commissioner) kindly donated the kit via the Suffolk Police Speed Team which saved your Parish Council just over £2000.
The Team are now officially up and running and if you get caught and receive a letter stating that you were speeding through the village you could be fined. PLEASE SLOW DOWN WHILST DRIVING THROUGH CHEVINGTON.
